Familias Triunfadoras, Inc. offers free educational workshops and wellness activities designed to promote healthy aging, increase awareness of Alzheimer's disease and dementia, and support older adults and their caregivers. Our goal is to empower individuals and families with the knowledge, resources, and activities that encourage healthy, active, and fulfilling lives.

Our arts and crafts sessions provide older adults with an enjoyable opportunity to express their creativity, connect with others, improve fine motor skills, and support overall emotional and cognitive well-being.
Through education, wellness activities, and community outreach, we help individuals and families recognize early warning signs, access valuable resources, and support loved ones living with memory-related conditions.
